Features

YTTW power cable is a copper core corrugated copper sheathed inorganic mineral insulated flexible fireproof cable, with core features focusing on "flexibility and convenience+ultimate fire resistance+stability and durability", suitable for various complex power distribution scenarios. It uses multi stranded copper conductors for efficient conductivity, synthetic mica tape insulation with corrugated copper sheath, and can provide stable power supply for 3 hours at a high temperature of 950 ℃. It can also withstand water spray and mechanical impact, and meets multiple strict fire prevention standards. When burned, it is smoke-free, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. Compared to rigid mineral insulated cables, it has excellent flexibility and is easy to bend. It can be delivered over long distances without joints, and can be made into multi-core grouped cables within 95mm ². Transportation and installation are more convenient, similar to ordinary cables. The copper sheath can also serve as a grounding wire to improve protection reliability. At the same time, it has characteristics such as corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, and electromagnetic interference resistance. The long-term working temperature can reach 250 ℃, and the service life is long. However, its corrugated copper tube welds are prone to cracking, which requires high installation technology.
