The core features of RYJS control cable (cross-linked polyolefin insulated twisted connection flexible wire) focus on "safety and environ- mental protection+strong anti-interference+high tenderness resistance", making it the preferred choice for high demand scenarios. It adopts multi strand thin copper wire twisted soft conductor, with good flexibility, small bending radius, convenient threading and complex path wiring, suitable for frequent bending scenarios. The conductor is made of high-purity copper material, paired with cross-linked polyole- fin insulation layer. The rated voltage is 300/300V-450/750V, and the long-term working temperature can reach 70 ℃ -105 ℃. It has excellent temperature and aging resistance. The core advantage lies in the twisted pair structure, which can reduce electromagnetic interference. The mainstream derivative models (WDZ-RYJS, WDZN-RYJS) have low smoke and halogen-free, flame retardant or fire-re- sistant characteristics, no toxic gases and less smoke during combustion, and the insulation layer is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The specifications are rich (mainly 0.5-6mm ² wire diameter), balancing safety and practicality.
